All quotations for your event will include the following:

Menus are prepared market fresh using local growers,producers and distributors as choice. Variety reflects seasonal bounty. Presentation is unique.

• Platters of vegetables are steamed, grilled or roasted
• Sauces, gravies, dips and spreads are made from scratch
• Meats are prime, seafood fresh
• Vegetarian items always included with any menu selection
• Wine is served in stemware from 750-ml bottles
• Beer is premium, from Flying Bison - Buffalo's Boutique Brewery
• Non-alchoholic beverages include name brand sodas, waters and juices
